The training week for the initial education teachers of the ASCIM was held from January 13 to 18, 2020. 62 teachers from 52 communities met every day from 07:15 a.m. to 08:30 p.m., to practice together songs, reciting, stories and games, as also to prepare the materials for the classes. Very important to most of them was also the Bible study, the dramatization of the values of a good teacher and the lecture from Steffie de Enciso about the topic “My time with God”.
For the first time the fife different ethnic groups participated together in the training week.
Thankful for the good work environment in the group and also for the experience of God’s guidance in the course of the week, the training of the initial education teachers could be culminated.
